Role Overview

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dynamic professional to lead backend sales operations. This role involves managing leads, drafting proposals, coordinating OEMs, ensuring efficient order execution, planning installations, and pursuing payment collections. Effective communication, leadership skills, and practical knowledge of GeM and tender procedures are critical for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, and internal referrals; qualify leads and assist the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and sales documents; maintain client follow-ups to close deals.
  • Oversee the complete sales process including order processing, dispatch, installation, and closure.
  • Coordinate among OEMs, vendors, logistics, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status, delivery timelines, stock levels, and installation scheduling including demos and site visits.
  • Maintain vendor relations for pricing negotiations, technical specifications, BOQs, delivery schedules, and material procurement.
  • Keep comprehensive sales records, client databases, reports, and performance dashboards ensuring compliance and precision.
  • Manage post-sales activities including installation team coordination, client communication, invoice handling, and payment collection.
  • Support internal coordination within operations, finance, and sales teams while demonstrating leadership and maintaining efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales back-office operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Audio Visual, IT Hardware, or Office Automation sectors.
  • Experience managing OEM interactions, procurement procedures, and pricing negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email system management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support and manage junior team members.
  • Familiarity with preparing quotations and negotiating prices.
  • Preferably live within 15 kilometers of Vasant Vihar, South Delhi.

Compensation & Openings

We offer a monthly salary between INR 25,000 and INR 30,000 plus incentives, with remuneration commensurate with experience and expertise. There are three openings available.

Job location: Vasant Vihar, South Delhi, easily accessible from the Vasant Vihar Metro Station (Magenta Line).
