Role Overview

As a Back Shop Attendant reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional, your core duties encompass preparing golf carts tailored to guest preferences, cleaning golf clubs, and maintaining the courtyard area to ensure a superior guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing tasks for the back shop.
• Welcome and bid farewell to customers courteously.
• Assist customers proactively with their needs.
• Keep open communication with the Starter regarding arriving groups.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team environment.
• Prepare and execute golf-related activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience or background in golf is essential.
• Strong customer service aptitude with keen attention to detail.
• A positive attitude towards learning and growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills.
