Job Overview
We are inviting applications for the role of Back Office Executive at Nxteco R&D Private Limited located in Pune, Maharashtra. This position involves supporting various administrative and coordination tasks critical to smooth office functioning.
Key Duties
- Entering data accurately and maintaining proper records.
- Preparing financial documents such as quotations, invoices, and generating reports.
- Handling documentation, filing, and organizing office files efficiently.
- Liaising with sales, accounts, and operations departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Managing incoming emails and telephone correspondence professionally.
- Updating and maintaining comprehensive customer and vendor databases.
- Following up on order status, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining office records as well as Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Utilizing MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) along with ERP/CRM software for daily tasks.
- Providing general administrative assistance to team members.
Qualifications and Skills

- Fundamental computer skills, especially in MS Excel and Word.
