Back of House Team Member

Role Overview

Everyman Lincoln is seeking enthusiastic Back of House Team Members to join their kitchen team. These individuals will play a key role, working alongside the Head Chef to maintain the quality and consistency for which Everyman is renowned, ensuring all dishes served meet the highest standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items including burgers, pizzas, and sharing plates with attention to quality and presentation
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure every food item leaving the kitchen meets high-quality standards for guest satisfaction

Desired Attributes and Experience

• Previous kitchen experience in roles such as Back of House Team Member, Line Cook, Crew Member, Kitchen Assistant, or Chef is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong personality with passion for food, customer service, and hospitality
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Positive, hardworking, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
