Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Ayurvedic Doctor to deliver expert Ayurvedic consultations and treatments. This role requires a professional with substantial clinical experience and expertise in Ayurvedic diagnosis and therapies, dedicated to providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by reviewing their medical histories and current health issues.
• Apply Ayurvedic diagnostic methods to identify illnesses and formulate treatment plans.
• Prescribe Ayurveda-based medication, therapeutic procedures, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Regularly track patient treatment progress and modify plans to optimize outcomes.
• Advise patients on nutrition, diet, and preventive health approaches.
• Keep precise records of patient interactions and treatment details.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and established clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Educational qualifications must include a BAMS degree; postgraduate credentials such as M.Phil are preferred.
• A minimum of five years’ clinical practice in Ayurveda is essential.
• Intermediate proficiency in English language is required.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare, or life sciences sectors is advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Ayurvedic diagnostic and treatment techniques.
• Strong capabilities in patient consultation and counseling.
• Expertise in herbal medicine prescriptions.
• Desirable knowledge of Panchakarma therapies.
• Competence in clinical documentation and communication.
• Effective time management abilities.

Work Shift and Compensation

• Position involves a full-time day shift schedule.
• Monthly fixed salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹100,000.
• Additional performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month.
