Aviation Recruiter with UAE Experience in Pilot and Cabin Crew Hiring

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR recruiter specialized in aviation staffing with a focus on pilots, cabin crew, and related aviation professionals within the UAE. The role demands a proactive recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and attracting niche aviation talent capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle comprehensive recruitment processes for aviation positions including pilots, cabin crew, engineering professionals, and technical roles.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including professional platforms, job portals, direct outreach, referrals, and headhunting to attract candidates.
• Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and shortlist candidates aligned with client hiring requirements.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and needs.
• Forge and sustain relationships with clients and candidates alike to support ongoing recruitment efforts.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for various aviation positions.
• Monitor recruitment key performance indicators and compile weekly status reports.
• Maintain thorough and organized recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Adhere to company policies and standards for recruitment procedures.
• Participate in enhancing recruitment strategies and streamlining recruitment processes for greater efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential UAE recruitment experience specifically hiring pilots and/or cabin crew is required.
• Previous experience in recruiting aviation professionals, including engineering and technical roles, is strongly preferred.
• Adept at talent sourcing, headhunting, and managing stakeholder relations.
• Strong target and KPI orientation to meet recruitment goals.
• Experienced in compiling recruitment performance reports and metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cold calling and business development considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Possession of an existing network within the aviation industry is advantageous.

Compensation and Location

• Base Salary: AED 7,500 per month.
• Incentive Scheme: AED 100 for each cabin crew placement, AED 250 for each pilot hire, and AED 150 for recruiting engineering professionals.
• Total monthly earnings vary with recruitment performance and placement success.
• Position is located in Dubai, UAE and requires onsite presence.

Additional Information

Only candidates with prior experience recruiting pilots and/or cabin crew in the UAE will be considered. This is an urgent hiring request with preference given to those with a notice period of one month or less.
