  • Assist with inspection, repair, removal, and replacement of aeronautical systems, parts, and components across organizational, intermediate, and depot-level tasks.
  • Work in specialized fixed-base maintenance shops and support troubleshooting, testing, maintenance repairs, and Technical Directive compliance on the H-60 airframe.
  • Maintain database records, repairable-item documentation, support equipment inventories, tool-room controls, HAZMAT processes, and precision calibration tool tracking.

Planning, analysis, and coordination duties

  • Contribute to integrated logistics plans, follow-on support plans, and related program supply planning documents.
  • Take part in meetings and conferences focused on logistics and supply programs, and help prepare agendas, information packages, and issue summaries.
  • Study logistics and supply issues, compare options, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and support decision-making with analysis.
  • Monitor supply and logistics data, identify trends and support gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen supportability.
  • Prepare operational, contingency, and annex documentation to ensure logistics support aligns with mission needs.
  • Assess opportunities for automation in logistics and supply processes and recommend practical improvements.
  • Contribute to exercise planning and evaluation so that logistics support concepts remain responsive to operational requirements.
  • Deliver individual and group training on relevant logistics and supply topics when needed.
  • Assist in developing program, contract, logistics, and supply plans.
  • Draft day-to-day correspondence on a range of logistics and supply matters.
  • Evaluate support-system requirements and recommend actions that help meet force readiness, modernization, and program growth objectives.
  • Manage provisioning, spares, and maintenance/repair activities for programs of moderate scope.
  • Review contractual records, technical data, user data, maintenance practices, operating conditions, and related reports to determine spare parts and repair requirements.
  • Develop logistics plans that improve goods distribution, identify key assets and infrastructure, and strengthen delivery performance.
  • Help create policies, guidelines, and procedures that support quality control and cost management.
  • Conduct inventory, distribution, and network studies to improve delivery timelines and logistics performance.

Qualifications and experience
