Role Overview

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter at NAPA Cairns, you will serve as the initial contact for customers, assisting them by interpreting automotive parts, processing orders, and managing product dispatch with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Interpret and provide detailed technical knowledge of parts
• Handle customer orders promptly and accurately
• Efficiently dispatch products and parts
• Promote ongoing specials and manage product buy-ins
• Process customer credit requests
• Act as the primary contact for customers in person and via phone
• Maintain a strong safety culture ensuring workplace safety at all times
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing as required
