We seek an experienced Automotive Glazier & Calibration Technician to deliver mobile windscreen repairs, replacements, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibrations within our West or South Auckland teams. You will provide excellent service to AA Members, business partners, and customers while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform windscreen repairs and replacements meeting manufacturer standards
- Conduct ADAS recalibration following glass replacement
- Safely remove trims, mouldings, and dispose of scrap materials
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Members and partners
- Keep mobile tools and equipment clean and orderly
- Collaborate effectively with Operations Coordinators and Contact Centre personnel
- Follow job protocols from initiation through to completion
- Handle customer feedback professionally and courteously
- Adhere strictly to AA health and safety guidelines
- Assist with basic administrative duties and provide relevant updates
- Engage in ongoing skill development and training opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive glazing or similar technical field
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with confidence
- Keen attention to detail and good organisational capability
- Flexible work attitude and dependable work ethic
- Proficient with computers and mobile devices
