Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility is currently seeking a committed and dependable individual to fill the full-time Automotive Detailer role at our Grimsby location, 249 Main St W, Grimsby, ON L3M 1S5. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.25 and involves consistent 40-hour workweeks.

Regular Working Hours:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Wednesday: Off
  • Thursday and Friday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
  • Sunday: Off

Role Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly wash, sanitize, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors to meet industry-sanctioned cleanliness standards
  • Clean, dry, and maintain the exterior of vehicles encompassing various types such as sedans, vans, and trucks
  • Inspect and record fuel levels and dashboard warning indicators; verify windshield integrity
  • Restore factory settings to clear prior customer data and ensure registration documents match vehicle license plates
  • Check and top up fluid levels, assess tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and inspect vehicle exteriors for any damage
  • Fuel vehicles and position them appropriately within the lot
  • Identify and report safety issues, including warning lights or structural damage; withhold vehicles from usage if needed
  • Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace while managing equipment such as carpet shampooers and air purifiers to eliminate stains, odors, and pet hair
  • Assist customers as necessary, including transporting them to and from branch locations
  • Contribute to the upkeep of site appearance, including cleaning interior and exterior areas such as desktops, phones, floors, trash areas, bathrooms, and parking lots
  • Engage in self-improvement through training, goals, and skill development
  • Maintain punctuality and steady attendance
  • Fulfill additional assigned duties relevant to job function

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Possess a valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents over the past three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions within the previous five years
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada without requirement for company-sponsored work permits now or in the future
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds to assist customers as needed
  • Availability to work the specified schedule (Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:30 pm; Wednesdays and Sundays off), except for religious observances
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
