Automotive Detailer / Car Washer - Ajax, Ontario

Job Overview

Enterprise Mobility is looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to fill the Automotive Detailer position full-time at 355 Bayly St W, Ajax, ON L1S 1P1, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. This role emphasizes maintaining industry-leading cleanliness and safety standards in vehicle preparation for rental customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, clean, vacuum, disinfect, and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks, adhering to stringent protocols.
• Inspect vehicles for fuel levels, warning indicators, windshield condition, and exterior damage; reset vehicle settings and secure any found customer belongings.
• Assess and replenish fluid levels, check tire condition, pressure, and tread, and fuel and stage vehicles for customer pick-up.
• Report any safety issues or damages promptly and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Handle equipment like carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, odors, and pet hair.
• Provide customer assistance when necessary, including transportation to and from the branch location.
• Contribute to the upkeep of branch appearance by cleaning interiors, exteriors, restrooms, common areas, and parking lots.
• Engage in continuous performance improvement through self-assessment, training, and skill development.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the last five years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds to aid customers.
• Available to work the scheduled hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm, except for religious observances.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
