Automotive Dealership Receptionist

Job Overview

Located in Irvine, CA, Newport Beach Automotive Group is looking for a skilled Receptionist to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will excel in client interactions and provide comprehensive support to both customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
• Handle telephone communications by taking messages, screening, and transferring calls appropriately
• Manage cashier duties accurately
• Conduct identification scan verifications
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Perform data entry tasks diligently
• Organize and file Service Repair Orders (ROs)
• Scan Service ROs as required
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiently
• Support additional initiatives beyond regular daily tasks when necessary
• Audit deals with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform weekly physical inventories of stock across multiple on-site locations

Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 and 3 years of related experience, dealership experience advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Computer literacy with the capability to learn internal company software systems
• Strong verbal and professional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

Work Schedule and Location

• Workdays: Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Position is full-time and onsite
