Job description
Role Overview
Greenland Group is hiring an Auto Spray Painter for a Ministry of Defense project in KSA. The role focuses on preparing vehicle surfaces, matching paint accurately, and delivering a clean, professional finish.
Core Duties
- Prepare vehicle bodies for painting by washing them, removing rust, and sanding surfaces so coatings adhere properly.
- Protect parts that should remain unpainted by masking glass, trims, mechanical components, and other sensitive areas with tape and film.
- Apply rust-resistant undercoats and primer layers before the final paint application.
- Use computerized paint-mixing equipment and spectrophotometers to reproduce the exact manufacturer color code.
- Carry out test sprays and blend shades into nearby body panels to achieve a smooth, nearly invisible match.
- Adjust paint and clear-coat viscosity to the precise consistency needed for spray application.
Education
A diploma in Automobile is required.
Experience
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Prior exposure in Training Institutes, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, or the Automobile sector is preferred.
Skills
Automobile, Automotive Repairing, and Spray Painting skills are required for this role.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from Tk. 49,000 to Tk. 60,000.
