Key responsibilities

• Check machine-generated English transcripts and fix errors while maintaining a high standard of language accuracy.
• Read transcribed content aloud in a natural, clear Australian English accent for audio recording tasks.
• Work from a quiet setting and produce usable audio without needing studio-grade equipment.
• Support the improvement of AI training data so it reflects everyday Australian English wording and expressions.
• Share feedback and practical observations with the client team on transcription and recording guidelines.
• Carefully review both written and audio output for mistakes, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Follow confidentiality rules and data security practices throughout the assignment.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong understanding of Australian English pronunciation, diction, and speech patterns.
