Role Overview

As a Regional Manager, you will lead by example, fostering empowered and high-performing teams while cultivating an energetic and positive culture across your region. Your role involves driving commercial performance while ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable and brand-aligned shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be actively present in stores to energize teams and establish high standards of performance and customer service.
• Manage multiple stores (between 6 to 9) within your region, ensuring operational excellence and consistent growth.
• Control labour costs by implementing strategic rostering, aligning with budgets, and enhancing productivity.
• Develop and mentor confident and result-oriented teams passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Promote strong loss prevention practices to minimize stock shrinkage and protect store performance.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for fashion retail and the latest jewellery trends.
• Passionate about people development, coaching, and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confidence in leading within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to balance team management, operational demands, and performance metrics effectively.
• Experience managing multiple sites or flagship stores is advantageous.
