Key responsibilities
- Review audio recordings carefully to spot and record any distortions, defects, or other irregularities.
- Judge how serious each audio issue is and assign the correct label for use in AI training datasets.
- Carry out cleanup and restoration work so the audio data meets professional quality expectations.
- Add clear notes to audio and video content to support AI and machine learning projects.
- Take part in labeling, review, and quality control workflows for large dataset operations.
- Work closely with a remote, distributed team, share feedback regularly, and help maintain strong quality standards.
Requirements
- You should have a professional monitoring setup, such as studio monitors or premium headphones, that supports critical listening.
- Strong written and spoken English is needed to report issues accurately and coordinate with the team.
- You must understand audio quality assurance methods and how to detect artifacts in recordings.
- Experience with audio restoration, cleanup, and editing using standard industry tools is required.
- You need to be self-directed, highly attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently from a remote setup.
