About the Role

Audi Berlin GmbH, part of the Volkswagen Group Retail Germany and a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, operates across four locations in Berlin, offering a diverse range of automotive services including the sale of new and used Audi vehicles. We are seeking a New Vehicle Dispatcher to join our Audi Zentrum Charlottenburg team without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing vehicle orders and processing related transactions.
• Continuous monitoring of orders and organizing vehicle disposition effectively.
• Coordinating contract administration and billing processes.
• Overseeing inventory control and conducting related analyses.

Required Qualifications and Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably within the automotive trade sector.
• Proven experience as a dispatcher, ideally handling new vehicle distribution in automotive retail.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with excellent organizational skills.
• A high sense of responsibility and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and with diligence.
