Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Audi dealership located in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role involves delivering personalized customer service by aligning clients with the perfect vehicles and suitable features, financing options, and contracts to ensure complete satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Working Hours
The position's schedule is from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off and rotational Sunday shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Build trust and communicate effectively to surpass customer expectations through initial qualification and positive first impressions.
- Generate leads through prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound and walk-in enquiries, and internet leads.
- Achieve monthly KPIs including unit sales, profit margins per vehicle, finance penetration, and sales of add-on products.
- Comply with FCA regulations and data protection laws by accurately gathering customer and vehicle information to enhance the customer database.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager is beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Motivated to develop a successful career in automotive sales.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
- Experience in the motor trade, automotive, or dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
