Auckland-Based Cabin Crew Position with Emirates - Dubai Relocation Included

Overview

We seek dynamic individuals with vibrant personalities and adaptability to become part of Emirates' cabin crew. This role goes beyond traditional service; it requires exceptional customer service skills as well as leadership in ensuring passenger safety and compliance with security standards. Our cabin crew members are the primary point of contact for passengers, responsible for their comfort and assistance during flights. Comprehensive training is delivered at Emirates' advanced facility in Dubai to equip you with all necessary skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to passengers from diverse cultures.
• Manage aircraft service operations efficiently.
• Lead confidently in enforcing safety and security protocols onboard.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 minimum).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Minimum height requirement: 160 cm; must reach 212 cm when standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UAE per employment visa standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly basic salary of AED 4,980.
• Additional hourly flight pay of AED 69.60 based on approximately 80-100 flight hours per month.
• Average total monthly remuneration around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600 or GBP 2,280) for Grade II Economy Class.
