This mentor will provide guidance on career transitions and job searching, as well as cultivate leadership skills and personal branding for life beyond sports competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer support in leadership growth and personal brand development for athletes post-competition.
• Advise on career transition strategies and job search processes.
• Assist with professional networking, resume review, and interview preparation.
• Provide counsel on financial planning.
• Help manage ongoing endorsement and sponsorship approaches during career change.

Candidate Profile

Ideal mentors have experience as professional or elite athletes, prior mentoring background, and a structured method to help athletes adapt their skills and identity for new career paths. Mentors decide their own schedules and fees, conduct sessions virtually, and collaborate with our team to ensure excellent support for every athlete.
