Role Overview

The Astrologer and Vastu Expert will work remotely on a full-time basis, delivering personalized consultations to clients. The position includes interpreting birth charts, preparing detailed reports in written and spoken form, reviewing property layouts or floor plans, and recommending Vastu-based adjustments aligned with client needs. Consultations will be conducted through video calls, voice calls, or chat. The role also includes maintaining proper consultation records, following up with clients to provide ongoing support, and contributing explanatory content such as articles, short guides, or FAQs in simple language. The expert will also collaborate with the internal team to improve services, follow ethical and unbiased practices, and remain informed about both traditional and modern approaches in the field.

Responsibilities

• Interpret birth charts and related astrological factors such as planetary positions, dashas, and transits for different life areas including career, relationships, health, and finances.
• Provide remote consultations through video, voice, and chat channels.
• Review residential or commercial layouts and suggest Vastu-aligned changes to improve harmony and practicality.
• Prepare clear written summaries and verbal guidance for clients.
• Maintain accurate consultation notes, records, and follow-up details.
• Create client-facing content like articles, short explainers, or FAQs on astrology and Vastu topics.
• Work with the team to enhance service quality and offerings.
• Follow ethical, non-discriminatory, and client-empowering advisory practices.
• Keep learning and stay current with traditional as well as contemporary practices in astrology and Vastu.
• Manage a full-time workload and meet agreed timelines for consultations and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in astrology, including birth charts, planetary movements, dashas, and transits.
• Practical experience interpreting charts across areas such as career, relationships, health, and money matters.
• Solid command of Vastu principles and experience assessing homes or business spaces with recommendations for improvement.
• Ability to explain spiritual and metaphysical concepts in a simple, reassuring, and accessible way.
• Good empathy, attentive listening, and respect for varied beliefs, backgrounds, and confidentiality.
• Comfort working remotely and using online meeting tools, digital communication platforms, and basic CRM/documentation systems.
• Commitment to ethical, non-predictive, and non-discriminatory guidance focused on support and empowerment.
• Prior work as an astrologer or Vastu advisor, or completion of recognized training/certification in these areas.
• Capacity to handle multiple client appointments and provide reports or follow-ups on time.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule.

Compensation & Growth

There is no fixed salary ceiling for the right candidate. The offer includes a minimum 50% increase over the candidate’s current pay, along with performance-linked growth, long-term association potential, respect, brand value, and global exposure.
