Role Overview

We are actively seeking a distinguished Aston Martin Master Technician to join our team and contribute to developing our workshop from the ground up.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have current or prior experience working at an Authorized Aston Martin Dealership, with proven familiarity using the official Aston Martin Diagnostic System (AMDS). Applications from those without authorized Aston Martin dealership experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough advanced diagnostics and identify faults.
• Perform scheduled maintenance as well as major repairs.
• Diagnose intricate electrical systems and CAN Bus networks.
• Carry out engine and transmission repairs.
• Execute detailed vehicle inspections and prepare health reports.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians.
• Ensure all work adheres to factory-quality standards.
• Assist in developing the workshop operations and technical procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of eight years of experience working at an Aston Martin dealership.
• Certified factory-trained Aston Martin technician.
• Expertise in Aston Martin diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Aston Martin workshop protocols.
• Experience with both V8 and V12 Aston Martin models.
• Excellent command of English communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Preferred Experience

• Proficient use of AMDS (Aston Martin Diagnostic System).
• Hands-on experience with Gaydon-era Aston Martin models such as DB9, Vantage, Virage, Rapide, and Vanquish.
• Familiarity with models including DB11, DBS Superleggera, New Vantage, and DBX.
• Previous leadership roles within a workshop environment.
