Associate/Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

Role overview

We are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts and support hiring across multiple markets. This role is centered on delivering a smooth, candidate-friendly hiring journey while partnering closely with hiring teams to meet evolving talent needs.

What you'll do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to offer stage, with attention to creating a strong experience for every candidate.
• Work with hiring managers at different levels, including teams across regional markets, to shape and execute practical hiring plans.
• Identify and engage high-quality passive talent, including roles with hiring requirements beyond Singapore, and adjust sourcing approaches to suit different countries and markets.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines so that potential future hiring needs can be filled more efficiently.
• Look for ways to improve recruitment workflows by using tools and technology that increase speed, quality, and overall effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.
• Experience managing several open roles at once, including positions at different seniority levels.
• Prior exposure to gaming talent is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work on your own while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and contribute as a dependable team member.
• Clear communication and strong people skills, with the confidence to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Genuine interest in games is a plus.
