This team supports a diverse client base encompassing governments, leagues, clubs, franchises, and investors.

Position Overview

The Associate/Senior Associate will play a critical role in client work by conducting industry research, helping develop strategies, coordinating stakeholders, and managing project delivery. Collaborating closely with managers and senior leaders, you will contribute to client engagements and support internal growth efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out market research and detailed analysis within the sports industry.
• Prepare polished presentations, reports, and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Contribute to proposal creation and other business development activities.
• Oversee project schedules and workflows with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance and support to interns as needed.

Candidate Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience relevant to the role.
• Deep understanding of the sports ecosystem and industry dynamics.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a dynamic consulting environment.
• A proactive approach to building effective communication and relationships internally and with clients.
