Role Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during Trauma operations in the operating theatre
• Provide clinical and technical advice to hospital personnel
• Establish and nurture relations with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager on planning and account management strategies
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the Trauma product range in the assigned region
• Deliver educational sessions and product training to healthcare professionals
• Oversee case preparation, instrument logistics, and management of inventory needs
• Keep informed on new product developments, techniques, and trends within the industry

Qualifications

• Preferred: Credential in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or related healthcare field
• Experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments desirable
• Familiarity working with sales targets or KPIs advantageous
