About the Role

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join its Joint Replacement team operating in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to surgeons in operating theatres during joint replacement surgeries.
• Develop expertise in advanced technologies, particularly Mako robotic-assisted surgery systems.
• Offer clinical and technical guidance to hospital staff including nurses and theatre support teams.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre personnel.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to plan and implement successful territory strategies.
• Contribute actively to account planning, performance monitoring, and case preparations including instrument management and logistics coordination.
• Stay informed about the latest technological advances, surgical techniques, and industry trends.
