About the Role
Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join its Joint Replacement team operating in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales. This position offers a relocation opportunity to either Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour, ideal for candidates seeking a balance between a fulfilling career and a vibrant coastal lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to surgeons in operating theatres during joint replacement surgeries.

- Offer clinical and technical guidance to hospital staff including nurses and theatre support teams.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre personnel.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to plan and implement successful territory strategies.
- Contribute actively to account planning, performance monitoring, and case preparations including instrument management and logistics coordination.
- Stay informed about the latest technological advances, surgical techniques, and industry trends.
