Job description
About the Company
The organisation is building an AI-first personal assistant designed to help everyday users handle conversations, errands, planning, and workflows with very little prompting. The goal is to make routine task completion faster and smoother by creating a highly reliable system that can manage long-running work, preserve context across steps, use external tools, and perform consistently even when model outputs vary.
Role Overview
This position supports hiring across product, engineering, and business functions. It is a practical, execution-heavy opportunity for someone early in their career who wants direct exposure to how strong technical recruiting is run in a fast-moving environment.
What You Will Do
- Assist with the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer-related coordination.
- Find candidates through multiple channels such as professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes and carry out initial conversations to judge role alignment, interest, and communication ability.
- Organise interviews, manage calendars, and gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep candidate information accurate and current in the applicant tracking system, while maintaining process discipline and data quality.
- Contribute to recruiting initiatives and process improvements as the team expands, including work related to candidate experience and employer branding.
- Help ensure the recruiting workflow stays structured, responsive, and on schedule.
What You Need
- 0 to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or a similar field; fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are encouraged to apply.
- Good organisational ability and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills in both written and spoken form.
- Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel, along with basic ATS tools.
- A proactive, curious, and feedback-friendly approach to work.
- Ability to juggle several tasks and consistently follow through.
- Previous recruiting exposure is useful but not mandatory; mindset, curiosity, and execution are valued highly.
Why This Role May Appeal to You
- Opportunity to learn technical recruiting from the ground up in a small, high-standard team.
- Close collaboration with recruiters, engineers, and hiring managers.
- Real ownership and responsibility from the start.
- Flat team structure where initiative and delivery matter more than hierarchy.
- Potential growth into Talent Partner, Recruiter, or specialised technical hiring paths.
- Competitive pay and meaningful professional development.
