Associate Solicitor - Commercial Litigation (4+ PQE)

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Solicitor with over four years of post-qualification experience to become part of a distinguished London-based commercial litigation team. This team is nationally recognized by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for its expertise in handling complex and high-value disputes.

Responsibilities

The role involves advising clients on a diverse range of challenging commercial disputes, including but not limited to shareholder and joint venture disagreements, contractual breaches, civil fraud, professional negligence, intellectual property issues, insolvency litigation, asset recovery efforts, and competition law cases. Work spans high court, appellate, and supreme court proceedings, as well as international arbitration under ICC and LCIA rules, with opportunities to participate in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods.
