Associate / Senior Associate - Business Technology Analyst, Technology Strategy & Transformation

Role overview

EY is looking for a Business Technology Analyst to support transformation initiatives that connect business priorities with modern technology solutions. In this role, you will contribute to end-to-end solution design, with exposure to functional consulting, engineering perspectives, data-driven thinking, and cloud-enabled architecture. The position is especially relevant to industries such as telecommunications, energy, automotive, infrastructure, construction, and engineering.

What you will do

• Build a working understanding of system design and cloud platforms, while showing interest in current architecture approaches and new technologies.
• Link technology choices to business objectives and explore how different systems work together to create value across sectors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, document, and communicate scalable and resilient solutions to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
• Analyze complicated issues by separating them into smaller parts and considering the wider effect on systems and long-term outcomes.
• Support the creation of architecture frameworks and help drive modernization work such as cloud adoption, migration, and automation.
• Work with business and technology stakeholders to collect requirements, shape use cases, and convert business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Serve as a link between business and technical teams to keep communication clear and maintain alignment during solution design.
• Stay open to feedback, keep improving your approach, and contribute to a culture of innovation and change.
