Role overview

This remote Associate Recruiter position is an hourly contract opportunity focused on supporting hiring activities from initial candidate search through onboarding coordination. The role is based in the United States and offers compensation of $15 to $20 per hour. The expected work commitment is between 10 and 40 hours per week.

What you will do

Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates and helping coordinate onboarding.
Use sourcing methods and market research to find and connect with strong talent.
Handle several hiring projects at once while staying accurate and efficient.
Keep communication clear and professional with candidates as well as internal teams throughout the hiring process.
Update candidate information and recruitment records accurately in applicant tracking systems.
Work closely with the recruiting team to help create a positive candidate experience.
Keep building your knowledge of recruiting best practices and support improvements to hiring processes.

What we are looking for

Solid background in recruitment, talent sourcing, or another people-oriented role.
Good organization and project management abilities, with careful attention to detail.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to think logically, analyze information, and solve problems effectively.
Comfort working on multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Ease with remote work and digital collaboration/recruiting tools.
A proactive, self-driven attitude and willingness to learn in a team setting.
