Associate Recruiter

Overview

This opportunity is for an Associate Recruiter working on an hourly contract basis. The role is fully remote and focused on supporting hiring operations across the recruitment lifecycle.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $15 to $20 per hour. The expected time commitment is flexible, covering 10 to 40 hours each week.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to hiring workflows from candidate sourcing through onboarding coordination.
• Find and connect with strong candidates using outreach strategies and market research.
• Handle several recruitment assignments at once while staying accurate and efficient.
• Keep communication professional with applicants and internal teams during the hiring journey.
• Update candidate information and hiring records in applicant tracking systems.
• Work closely with other recruiters to help create a strong candidate experience.
• Keep building knowledge of recruiting practices and support improvements to team processes.

• Proven background in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar people-oriented role.
• Well-developed organization and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving capability.

• Comfort using remote collaboration tools and recruiting platforms.
