Role summary

As an Associate Project Manager on the Customer Strategy and Operations team, you will help lead important initiatives that improve the customer experience. You will coordinate work across multiple teams, keep projects moving, monitor risks, and help ensure delivery against business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and move forward high-priority strategic initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project planning, clarify dependencies, and help teams execute against shared goals.
  • Maintain clear updates on decisions, milestones, risks, issues, and project learnings.
  • Create practical resources and playbooks that standardize strong practices and improve operational consistency.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify insights, align priorities, and strengthen the end-to-end customer journey.

What you need to bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in project management, journey leadership, or a similar role.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort working independently while knowing when to ask for support or direction.
  • Experience partnering across functions in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • A strong drive to deliver outcomes and create meaningful impact.

Compensation and employment notes

This is a full-time role based in Massachusetts, United States, and it is onsite. The US base salary range for the position is USD 65,300 to USD 81,600 per year, with bonus, equity, and benefits available as applicable. Final pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, role level, and relevant education or training.
