Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview

DraftKings is looking for a Campus Recruiter to strengthen its early-career hiring efforts and build standout experiences for interns and co-op candidates from first contact through onboarding. The role focuses on creating strong relationships with universities, student groups, faculty, and career centers while partnering with hiring managers to bring in high-potential student talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with university stakeholders such as career centers, professors, and student organizations.
• Support campus hiring by identifying, attracting, and engaging student candidates to keep pipelines healthy.
• Move candidates through the interview process through offer acceptance and start date coordination.
• Ensure candidates receive clear, timely, and helpful communication at every stage of recruitment.
• Organize and run campus-focused and virtual events, including fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
• Work with hiring managers and interview panels on presentations, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
• Travel to universities and recruiting events when required during busy recruiting periods.

What the Role Requires

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage strong student talent.
• Experience building candidate relationships and influencing decisions in competitive hiring markets.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a practical, resourceful approach to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• A team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Boston, Massachusetts.
