The Technical Services team at Gigafactory Berlin focuses on maximizing the reliability and performance of essential utilities and infrastructure systems to ensure continuous operations. This group emphasizes both preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain and improve these systems effectively.

Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and detail-focused engineer to join this team, ideal for those keen to develop hands-on experience in project coordination, engineering, cross-department collaboration, and organizational support in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating major projects and initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documents, dashboards, status updates, and presentations tailored for various stakeholders.
  • Track and evaluate project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure they meet set objectives.
  • Participate in meetings by documenting minutes, identifying action points, and ensuring follow-up tasks are completed promptly.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and agendas linked to strategic meetings and key project milestones.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment among different internal teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to refining internal Technical Services processes and templates for enhanced clarity and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare summaries or briefs to assist decision-making processes.
  • Offer general administrative assistance to the Technical Services leadership team when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong organizational capabilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management software like Asana, Jira, or Trello is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with adaptability and a strong sense of accountability.
