  • Assist in resolving impediments and cross-discipline dependencies affecting the development team.
  • Work alongside team leads to clarify priorities, goals, and expectations.
  • Monitor team capacity, workload, and productivity to proactively mitigate delivery risks.
  • Facilitate onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Contribute to retrospectives, project reviews, and ongoing production process improvements.
  • Keep project information accurate and current within production and project management tools.
  • Cultivate open communication, collaboration, and a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination, production, project management, or team coordination.
  • Preferably experience supporting or coordinating projects on PC, console, or live-operations games.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with productivity and project management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Jira, Hansoft, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • Adept at preparing and maintaining schedules, task trackers, meeting minutes, status reports, and other production documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including art, design, engineering, QA, and audio.
  • Ability to identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced development setting.
  • Balancing quality, scope, timing, cost, and team factors in production choices.
  • Capable of independent work while maintaining regular communication with project leadership.
  • Collaborative with a supportive outlook toward team members and stakeholders.
  • Keen interest in video games and strong understanding of the PC and console markets.

Preferred Additional Experience
