This Art Producer role is within the Liquid Development brand and is preferably located in Adelaide, Brisbane, or Melbourne, with other Australian cities considered for remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the main communication link for clients, partners, and publishing teams, ensuring prompt and clear information flow.
• Monitor and respond to client requests to incorporate them efficiently into production pipelines.
• Develop, document, and optimize production workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence to strengthen transparency and operational efficiency.
• Create standard procedures for tracking and enhancing production pipelines to support scalability.
• Formalize project estimation processes by collaborating with stakeholders to define assumptions and scope requirements.
• Implement standardized methods for deliverable tracking across multiple projects and teams.
• Provide clients with routine progress reports and proactively address their queries.
• Collaborate internally with Executive Producers, Technical Directors, and Designers to convert client requests into concrete tasks.
• Manage expectations to maintain alignment between client deliverables and internal development priorities.

• Optimize production workflows and incorporate best practices across project management platforms to support internal teams.
• Maintain and update documentations related to production processes, pipelines, and client needs.
• Assist with scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting to ensure adherence to development timelines.
• Proactively resolve potential obstacles, whether technical, logistical, or communication-related.
• Liaise with IT and technical staff to maintain supportive tools and workflows.

• Ensure the financial stability of Keywords Studios Australia by managing resources, investments, and expenditures.
• Coordinate project dependencies and priorities alongside producers, project managers, and development teams.
• Assist in resource allocation by monitoring team workloads and deliverables.
• Support QA efforts by ensuring client issues are accurately logged, tracked, and prioritized.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations for enhanced team efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in art production, operations, or project management within the gaming, VFX, or entertainment industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of game development processes spanning concept phases to launch and ongoing live service.
• Proven experience managing client relationships with an emphasis on communication and follow-through.
• Skilled in project management platforms like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Adept at interpreting client feedback and translating it into actionable development tasks.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude with adaptability to dynamic project requirements.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience specifically within video gaming and familiarity with game development disciplines such as art pipelines, coding, and QA methods.
• Relevant certifications in project management.
