Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Photo Producer with a solid background in lifestyle photography production to manage the coordination and execution of ongoing product photo shoots. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and communicative, with specific experience in outdoor brand photography production. You will be adaptable, proactive in problem-solving without full information, and adept at coordinating teams and adjusting plans to meet shifting priorities and deadlines.

While the primary focus will be on still photography, occasional involvement in small-scale video production is expected. A clear understanding of photo production within brand or agency contexts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize evergreen lifestyle photo shoots from initial briefing to final asset delivery, accommodating shoots that vary in scale and budget, and sometimes including video elements.
• Contribute ideas on photographer selection and production methods within budget and timing limits, guided by senior team input.
• Manage multiple simultaneous shoots under senior team supervision.
• Engage with established core photographers on YETI’s roster and have the opportunity to introduce new photographers.
• Assist senior producers with vendor and creative team communications.
• Ensure all production aligns with YETI’s brand voice, emphasizing authenticity.
• Collaborate effectively across Brand, Community, Creative teams, and other departments.
• Problem-solve efficient workflow strategies for multi-product shoots across diverse outdoor activities, escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Maintain and execute timelines and schedules in coordination with project management.
• Obtain required shoot elements including locations, talent, insurance, permits, props, and products following established guidelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for creative teams and vendors throughout the shoot process.
• Support budget management and expense tracking for assigned shoots.
• Coordinate schedules and monitor budget compliance, reporting deviations to senior staff.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
• More than two years of experience supporting still photography projects in brand or agency settings.
• Experience with outdoor brands or the outdoors is advantageous.
• Self-motivated multitasker able to manage various workflows with guidance.
• Able to maximize quality output even with limited budgets.
• Familiarity with photo editing and review platforms.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain a positive, composed, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
