Job Overview

The Associate Manager at IDFC First Bank is responsible for acquiring savings accounts within targeted segments and generating references from designated catchment areas. The role demands maintaining high standards in customer acquisition concerning constitution, product selection, and segment diversity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the opening of savings accounts in identified target segments, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Activate and onboard customers on the bank's digital platforms effectively.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager with activities such as catchment area mapping and branch evaluation.
• Provide continuous feedback to Senior Sales and Branch Managers on customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all sales-related compliance and organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain quality sourcing of customers while strictly following internal and external regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct field activities regularly within catchment areas to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and enhance the bank's presence.
• Work on key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from current customers.
• Collaborate with team members and support divisions to deliver comprehensive product and service options to customers.
