Role Overview
We are searching for an Associate EasiPay Consultant to become part of our Managed Payroll team based in Auckland. This role suits individuals with a background in customer service, administration, or payroll who enjoy problem-solving and client interaction. As part of the team, you will assist clients using the EasiPay payroll system to ensure precise payroll results while developing your payroll and technical knowledge in a collaborative setting.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity located at our Gaunt Street Auckland office. For the initial six months, onboarding and training require working from the office five days per week, transitioning afterward to a hybrid schedule with two days in the office weekly.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers with payroll and system-related inquiries.
- Support payroll processing activities and address issues as they arise.
- Investigate and resolve payroll disputes or questions.
- Maintain accurate system and client documentation.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships through exemplary service delivery.
- Assist in payroll system configuration and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality results.
- Adhere to payroll compliance requirements and maintain service standards.

Candidate Profile
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Background in customer service, payroll, administrative work, or software support.
- Effective communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good organizational and time management competencies.
- Comfortable working with business software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
Desirable Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with payroll or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Understanding of New Zealand payroll legislation and practices.
- Experience in supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
- Relevant certifications in payroll, business, or accounting disciplines.
