Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role, along with a valid driver’s license. Candidates should bring at least four years of experience in admissions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The position also calls for flexibility to support evening and weekend events during peak seasons.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to perform effectively both on their own and as part of a team. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to inspire and engage both students and staff. Experience working with culturally and ethnically diverse groups is important, as is a thoughtful and sensitive approach to the needs of applicants from under-represented communities.
Preferred Qualifications
A Juris Doctor degree is preferred. Familiarity with Ellucian Banner and LSAC Unite is an advantage, as is experience with the financial aid process.
