Role overview
This is a senior creative leadership position focused on guiding the storytelling direction for major campaigns and brand experiences. The role is based in the United States and sits within a collaborative, fast-moving environment where bold ideas, speed, and curiosity matter.
You will shape brand voice, develop messaging systems, and steer campaign narratives that influence creative work across several teams. The position combines excellent hands-on writing with strategic thinking and creative leadership.
You will work side by side with creative directors, art directors, strategists, and designers to establish the tone for integrated concepts that stand out. In addition, you will support and mentor creative talent to improve consistency and elevate the quality of storytelling across the organization.
Key accountabilities
- Create and refine brand voice systems, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives that guide how brands speak across channels and audience segments.
- Lead copy development and creative direction for high-profile, integrated campaign work.
- Collaborate with creative leadership and strategy partners to build distinctive conceptual ideas and narrative approaches.
- Coach writers and creative teams to raise craft standards, clarity, and consistency across projects.
- Help integrate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted creative workflows, into the creative process.
- Make sure every piece of copy supports strategic goals, fits cultural context, and follows brand guidelines.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or integrated campaign development, ideally in an agency or similar setting.
