Job description

About the company

CrowdStrike is a global cybersecurity organization focused on preventing breaches through an advanced AI-native security platform. The company serves customers across many industries and is built around a mission-led culture that emphasizes innovation, customer commitment, ownership, and teamwork.

About the role

The Regional Training Lead is responsible for ensuring a consistent and high-quality onboarding and training experience for the Falcon Complete MDR security team in an assigned region. This mid-level position oversees regional training coordinators and trainers, tracks onboarding progress, and serves as the main contact for regional training requirements.

In this role, you will partner with Training & Onboarding leadership and Curriculum Developers to keep global training aligned while adapting delivery to regional needs. You will also support training systems, help with regional administration, and ensure team members can access timely guidance and support.

The position is suited to someone who works well in fast-paced, globally distributed teams, stays highly organized, and is motivated by improving readiness and performance through training and operational support.

About the team

The Training & Onboarding team designs and scales learning experiences for Falcon Complete security analysts worldwide. It is a small, collaborative, mission-focused group that works closely with regional leadership, onboarding leads, curriculum developers, service assurance, and other stakeholders.

The team operates in a remote-first environment where trust, accountability, and clear communication are essential. In this role, you will act as the regional extension of the global team, helping maintain training consistency, local visibility, and timely delivery of onboarding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead regional training coordinators and team trainers, making sure their work follows Training & Onboarding procedures, SOPs, and expectations.
  • Own onboarding and training execution for new hires in the region, ensuring a smooth experience and timely completion of required learning paths.
  • Keep training content current by updating materials as processes change, monitoring content health, and making sure onboarding reflects current tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Provide live training and platform support in the region, contributing to a follow-the-sun support model for key systems used by Training & Onboarding.
  • Work with Curriculum Developers on new and improved training material, sharing regional insights and helping ensure content stays accurate and operationally relevant.
  • Review training data and metrics to spot knowledge gaps, regional patterns, or readiness issues, then suggest corrective actions or targeted support.
  • Help intake and prioritize regional training requests so they align with the wider training plan and organizational roadmap.
  • Stay closely connected with regional leaders, onboarding leads, and cross-functional partners to keep everyone informed about progress, issues, and upcoming work.
  • Drive adoption of T&O-owned onboarding standards and content while adapting delivery and execution to regional schedules and workflows.
  • Maintain records, documentation, JIRA tickets, and training logs to support transparency and ongoing improvement.
  • Deliver hands-on training or facilitation support when needed.

Requirements

  • Background in training, enablement, onboarding, or a related operational role within or close to the cybersecurity field.
  • Proven ability to lead people and hold distributed teams accountable.
  • Strong organizational capability with experience tracking onboarding progress, monitoring metrics, and identifying improvement areas.
  • Ability to analyze data to uncover gaps, trends, or readiness issues and clearly recommend solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across time zones and global teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems such as Docebo or another comparable LMS.
  • Experience using Jira or similar workflow/project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities well, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in improving onboarding, learning experiences, and knowledge development.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing or editing training content using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or similar software.
  • Prior experience delivering technical or cybersecurity-focused training.
  • Experience supporting global teams or operating in a follow-the-sun model.
  • Exposure to curriculum design, instructional design, or enablement strategy.

Work arrangement

This is a remote-first role. Candidates are preferred to live in the region they are applying for, but this is not mandatory. Relocation support and visa sponsorship are not offered.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity awards.
  • Comprehensive wellness support for physical and mental health.
  • Paid vacation time and holidays.
  • Paid parental and adoption leave.
  • Professional development opportunities regardless of level or role.
  • Employee networks, neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities.
  • A vibrant office culture with high-end amenities.
  • Recognition as a Great Place to Work Certified™ employer globally.

Equal opportunity

The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and a workplace where people are respected and supported. Hiring, compensation, promotion, training, discipline, transfers, layoffs, benefits, and other employment decisions are based on valid job-related requirements. The employer also supports veterans and individuals with disabilities through its affirmative action program.
