Role Overview
This position is for an Arabic-speaking Associate based in Dubai to support the PSF business across EMEA. The role sits at the heart of the Insight Network, helping connect clients with the right experts and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from start to finish.
The job is fast-moving and highly expert-facing. You will work closely with client-facing colleagues to understand project needs, source and recruit relevant network members, coordinate meetings and calls, and make sure the client experience stays seamless.
New Associates go through a structured training program, receive regular coaching and feedback, and build practical business and leadership capabilities that can support long-term growth. With strong performance and business need, there is a path to Senior Associate, where the focus becomes more client-facing, with greater ownership of delivery and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teammates with client projects and with engaging network members.
- Find and attract new experts for the network through focused lead generation and outreach by phone, email, and other channels.
- Develop a solid understanding of client priorities, industry sectors, and value chains so you can identify and evaluate the most suitable experts.
- Arrange and confirm important calls and meetings between clients and network members, including the scheduling of calls for newly recruited experts.
- Maintain proactive contact with network members to assess their expertise and determine where they fit best on client assignments.
- Work closely with client-facing colleagues to expand projects and adjust recruiting requirements when needed to achieve strong outcomes.
- Learn and follow compliance rules and procedures that safeguard the integrity of client engagements.
