Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive daily support to the Marketing Director ensuring smooth organization and coordination of essential topics.
• Act as a primary communication hub coordinating interactions between the marketing team, other departments, and external partners.
• Independently arrange meetings, prepare content and decision materials, and monitor follow-up on outstanding issues.
• Translate complex information into audience-appropriate presentations for national and international meetings.
• Handle administrative duties such as calendar management, travel arrangements, budget monitoring, and reporting with reliability and foresight.
• Lead operational projects and progressively contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Completed degree focusing on Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in assistance, coordination, or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills allowing management of multiple concurrent matters, confident prioritization, and structured, dependable work habits.
• Proactive communication skills, adept at networking with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating commitment, flexibility, and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Fluent in German and English, excellent proficiency in MS Office—especially PowerPoint—and high digital affinity.
