Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the film producer with a variety of administrative and production support tasks, ensuring smooth operation of multiple film projects simultaneously.
Key Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the film producer for television or feature productions.
- Assist in duplicating and distributing scripts, schedules, and production rundowns promptly.
- Track and communicate changes to filming schedules and script revisions.
- Manage and coordinate the producer’s professional and personal calendar efficiently.
- Arrange travel logistics including bookings and accommodations for the producer and occasionally for directors.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks such as sending gifts, running errands, organizing the office, and managing inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate on analyzing film scripts for breakdowns and identifying critical production requirements.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of interns, facilitating their orientation and learning experiences.
- Compile weekly budget reports related to production finances and expenses.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion concerning all company matters and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as an executive assistant in television or feature film environments, ideally within a studio or network setting supporting senior executives.
- At least one year of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
- Must be physically present and work full-time at NBCUniversal's designated New York, NY location.

Compensation and Work Hours
The salary for this role ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour. The position includes a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours of pay per week, regardless of actual hours worked, with suitable overtime compensation for hours beyond 37.5 per week.
