Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving daily performance across individual and team goals, helping the store meet sales and profit targets, and creating a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes coaching team members, building product knowledge, assisting with recruitment and selection, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. You will also contribute to broader operational and strategic needs as required.

Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year of retail experience is needed, with preference given to candidates who have worked with a jeweller or another specialty retailer.
- You should be comfortable using POS systems, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
- The ability to understand and follow instructions in written, spoken, visual, and schedule-based formats is required.
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is necessary.

- Hourly base pay of $20.00 to $23.50, plus sales commission. Final compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
