Key Responsibilities

• Support team leadership and development with dedication and sensitivity.

Candidate Profile

• Customer-centric mindset with excellent service orientation.
• High levels of creativity, self-initiative, and commitment.
• Enjoys engaging with people and building relationships.
• Experience in a comparable retail leadership role is required.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising is advantageous.
• Experience working with performance metrics or key figures is preferred.
• English language skills are beneficial.
