Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) - Hamburg Brachfelder Chaussee

Position Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead your department's team members and independently manage a smooth daily workflow, including duties such as creating employee schedules and overseeing merchandise management. You will actively participate in sales activities, modeling motivation by example in day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will ensure that agreements, task distributions, and priorities are consistently followed while maintaining a comprehensive overview.

You are responsible for implementing and adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines so that customers always have a clear and well-organized view of your department.

Developing your team is crucial; you will provide support, growth opportunities, and constructive feedback to employees. Coordination with your Store Manager is essential as you serve as the communication link between management and staff.

Required Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, preferably in fashion retail.
• Several years of experience in textile retail.
• Prior experience in leadership roles such as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Department Manager, or Floor Manager.
• Strong organizational skills combined with a strong customer orientation.
• Confident demeanor, excellent communication and motivation skills, and the ability to inspire others with new ideas.
