Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) at Pandora's Cataraqui Centre location in Kingston, Ontario, you will embody the brand passion and champion exceptional service standards. Supporting the Store Manager, you will actively engage with customers and lead the sales team to exceed targets while maintaining store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a passionate team of brand ambassadors energized by Pandora's culture.
• Drive and surpass sales goals by fostering genuine connections with customers.
• Consistently outperform commercial KPIs, setting new sales records.
• Create memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge and loyalty cultivation.
• Coach and motivate sales associates, providing timely feedback and accountability.
• Develop talent pipelines by recruiting seasonal and core sales staff.
• Ensure retail operational standards and merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a fast-paced retail sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating care and connection.
• Strong business insight with analytical abilities to drive performance outcomes.
• Effective time management and delegation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• At least 18 years old with legal eligibility to work.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for long periods and lifting over 50 pounds.
• Completion of an assessment is required post-application submission.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $25.70 to $32.10, based on experience.
