Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative financial advisory services aimed at fulfilling the financial and investment objectives of customers and SME business owners, seamlessly converting business leads into personalized opportunities.
• Proactively present Life, Health, General Insurance, and Group Business solutions to prospective clients and entrepreneurs.
• Drive customer acquisition by actively participating in seminars, lunch talks, workshops, and corporate functions to engage potential clients.
• Leverage business leads from our customer database to initiate appointments and capitalize on promising business prospects.
• Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with current and potential customers and business proprietors.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Having at least 2 years of sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for assisting clients in enhancing their financial knowledge and competencies.
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with High Net Worth individuals or business owners.
• Highly results-oriented with motivation driven by performance-based incentives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills coupled with a customer- and corporate-focused positive attitude.
• Possession of relevant CMFAS qualifications such as M5, M9 & 9A HI, BCP, PGI, and CGI.
